From Dropout to Founder: My Journey Building AI SaaS Products

Dropping out of university was the scariest decision I ever made. But it was also the best one.

The Early Days

I started with Lego and hardware tinkering. Building physical systems taught me to think in terms of components, connections, and emergent behavior - skills that would later prove invaluable in software architecture.

The Transition to Software

When I discovered programming, everything clicked. Code was like Lego, but with infinite possibilities. I could build anything I imagined, limited only by my creativity and skills.

The Dropout Decision

University felt like a detour. While my peers were studying theory, I was building real products, shipping to real users, and learning from real feedback. The choice became clear.

Building Scaleo

My first major project was Scaleo - an AI-powered dashboard for business analytics. It taught me:

  • How to validate ideas quickly
  • The importance of user feedback
  • Technical architecture at scale
  • The reality of building a business
  • What's Next

Now I'm working on Nexa, Allora, and Horizon AI - each pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI and automation.

    Advice for Aspiring Founders

    1. Build in public - Share your journey

    2. Ship fast - Perfect is the enemy of done

    3. Learn constantly - The tech landscape never stops evolving

    4. Find your tribe - Surround yourself with builders

The path isn't easy, but it's worth it.
